Jasmin Walter

I am a PhD student in the bioinformatics group at the MPI-HLR.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in “Bioinformatics” at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and my Master’s degree in “Bioinformatics and Systems Biology” at the Justus Liebig University Gießen. During my master’s thesis at the MPI-HLR, I implemented FRED, a tool for managing experimental metadata, which I am continuing to work on as part of my PhD.
