Moritz Hobein

I did my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and I am currently doing my Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, both at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen.

My main research interests focus on epigenetics and chromatin organisation. I mostly work with ATAC-seq data to investigate nucleosome positioning and it’s impact on the cell. For that, I develop the tool “NucleoDetective”.
