	up GCC's warning about "deprecated use of label at end of compound
	statement."
	* sunrpc/rpc_cout.c (emit_inline): Likewise.

	* include/argp.h (_argp_unlock_xxx): Add declaration.

	* gmon/bb_exit_func.c: Include <sys/gmon.h> for internal
	prototypes.
	Remove struct bb and __bb_head since those are declared by
	sys/gmon.h.
