	* Makeconfig (CFLAGS): Prepend -std=gnu99.
	* Makerules (+make-deps): Use $(CFLAGS) only for .c sources.
	Remove superfluous rm command, whose @ plus make bugs hid
	all these commands from the make output.

	(common-mostlyclean, common-clean): Clean up rtld-* files.
