Update.
	* math/fenv.h: Include bits/fenvinline.h if optimizing.
	* sysdeps/powerpc/fpu/bits/fenv.h: Remove inline functions.  Moved to..
	* sysdeps/powerpc/fpu/bits/fenvinline.h: ...here.  New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/bits/fenv.h: New file.
