	F_GETSIG.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/fcntl.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/bits/fcntl.h: Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/sparc/bits/fcntl.h: Likewise.
