My name is Burkhard Schmidt, and I am a staff scientist in the Physics of
Quantum Materials department of the Max-Planck-Institut für chemische
Physik fester Stoffe, located in Dresden,
Germany.
This site summarizes theoretical work done at the institute on frustrated
magnetism and hydrodynamic electron transport, the two major research
projects I am involved. It is work in progress and by no means complete.
